Claudine Umuhire Gasana

I am a wife and a mother of a beautiful and angelic baby girl. I am also an immigration attorney. I began my legal career in 2003 working with Rwanda Ministry of the Local Government working as a Legal Counselor where I processed hundreds of asylum cases. After I moved to the U.S in 2007, I worked towards developing an understanding of the U.S. laws and legal system and obtaining my New York Law License. I have then concentrated my legal practice in the immigration field. I process a wide range of petitions including H-1B, L-1, E-2,P-3, B-1/B-2 extensions, PERM labor certification, employment based immigrant petitions (I-140 EB-1, EB-2 LC and National Interest Waiver, Adjustment of status, consular processing, and family based immigrant and naturalization petitions.
